The Home Page offers you Many different options, you can Search for Businesses, Look for Coupons or Find a Job near you. You can check the Weather and Traffic or Look at your Horoscope. Below you will find information on how to use these features.

 

Search from the Search Bar: Enter the Business Name that you are looking for or enter a Keyword that best describes the type of business you are looking for. 

Example the business name is: “Adorable Dog Grooming” just type the name into the search box then enter your zip code into the next box and select the distance that you want to search for this business. Then click on the “GO” Button to receive your results. If the business is listed you will see it listed in the middle of the screen, if there is more than one business with that name you will see all that are within the distance you have chosen.

You can then sort the list by distance by clicking on the word distance above the column of distances.

If you don’t see the listing then you may need to increase the distance or check the spelling of the name of the business. If you still do not see the business the name may be different than you remember it to be. You can search for the business by a “Keyword” in this case try the Keyword “Dog” or ”Pet” or you can go to the Advance search and use the advance features. The Advance Search link is next to the “Go” button on the Search Bar. Maybe you thought the name was “Adorable Grooming” type that into the Search By Business name or Keyword field and then go to the Search By Business Namesection andselect the a radio button to select the way you want to search for this business and then select your distance and search. In this area you will have several different ways you can search for the Business. Read the descriptions next to the title to help you decide which way you can best search for this business. If you search by a city name select “Distance” in the Search within box. This way you will search only with in the city you have chosen. If you want to search by distance do not enter a city name, ad a zip code and select a distance for this search.

  

The Members Area is for Members to access the benefits they get as a member. If you are not a member and you click on the Members Area button you will find a description of what you get access too as member .

If you are a member; Sign In and you will find that you can use all the tabs on the home page. When the tabs are active you can Power Search for Coupons, Jobs and Fund Raising; The Fund Raising tab lists local companies that are willing to help you raise funds for your non-profit organizations. You will have access to your Recent Searches and you can store Favorite searches of companies so you can go back to them without having to search again. 

Get Coupons: The Get Coupons Tab is for Members to search all the business that are offering discount coupons and special offer coupons. This is a great way to save on the thing you already use or want.

Fundraising: This is a community service provided by our Business Members to help local non-profits to help raise the funds for theirprojects and programs. If your Church Group or Sports Team could use a little help our Business Members are posting their availability to help you achieve your goals.

Find Jobs: This is a community service provided by our Business Members to help our Members who are looking for a job. Our Business Members will post jobs that are available and our member can search them for free. The jobs can be located by distance from the Member’s location for those who need something close to home or are looking for work in a certain area.

Advertise: This tab is for all Colorado Businesses that would like to advertise their business and their job opportunities to the community. Our advertisers can get details and pricing by signing up for a Free listing and activating their Membership. Once they have verified their email address and activated their membership they can sign-in and review all the advertising options MyCommunityShopper.com has available and all the free and enhanced benefits available on this website.

We offer Free and Paid advertising, the paid advertising receives many benefits that are not available as a Free Listing. Advertisers can find the details on all of our advertising packages after they have registered for a Free Listing and have verified their email and sign-in to manage their listing.
